Konad Australia website is designed for the online purchasing and browsing of konad nail art products. All transactions are processed in Australian Dollars inclusive of GST.

 

 

 

Shipping Policy

 

 Shipping and Delivery Policy

 

We use the Australia Express Post service, which offers a fully traceable delivery method, including deliveries to Post Office Boxes.

All orders are shipped complete within next day of receipt of your payment via PayPal. Once items shipped we will send a tracking number to your email.

 

Shipping Cost within Australia is $7 flat rate for any items purchased on our website. You can receive your ordered items within next 2 business days

 

For Deliveries outside Australia and New Zealand, please email us at admin@konad.com.au for postage quote.

Konad Australia is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products.  

Standard delivery timeframes are between 2- 3 business days.

Please check your receipt/order confirmation carefully to ensure your order is correct. This receipt/order confirmation is required for any returns or later queries. If there are any errors on this receipt/order confirmation, please contact us immediately (admin@konad.com.au) to address any concerns.

Please choose carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. We can offer, exchange or credit where goods have a manufacturing fault, have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased on the website.

If goods are found to have a manufacturing fault, you can choose either exchange or credit.

In the case where goods were purchased online, the following conditions apply.

  • Wrong Goods Supplied: if the products you receive are different from the products listed on the receipt/order confirmation, we will arrange postage back to us at our expense and resend the correct item or issue a refund.

  • Change of Mind. If you change your mind within 7 days of arrival at destination, as long as the product has not been opened and is in its original packaging, you may return the item for a credit or exchange. Freight costs, to return the product to us by Post/ Courier and/ or to resend the new item back to the customer are covered by the Customer. Goods must be shipped in a strong box to avoid being damaged in transit.

 

 How to Proceed with a Return

 

On approval for return, an email will be issued from us containing instructions for return. The Product should be returned to us in its entirety within 7 Days. Where possible, all Products should be packed in the original packaging shipped to you including any accessories, manuals and documentation that shipped with the Product. Once the product has been received by us, a refund or exchange for the same item will be issued.

Konad Australia is dedicated to keeping your details private. Any information, we collect in relation to you, is kept strictly secured. We do not pass on/sell/swap any of your personal details with anyone. We use this information to identify your orders, provide you with our monthly newsletter only(if applicable). Konad Australia may use cookies to allow you to maintain a shopping cart and to purchase items in your shopping cart. Cookies sent to your computer from Konad Australia only last while you’re browsing our website. We do not store persistent cookies on your computer.

When a customer makes a purchase from our Online Store, through PayPal, the only information added by the customer on our site is the product and any product options. Once a customer clicks Checkout, the customer is directed away from our site, to PayPal account page. Any personal or payment details that the customer has to enter are, therefore, not entered on Konad Australia site, but rather on the PayPal account site which is secured by the PayPal.

Credit card or PayPal payments are charged at time of order. All orders are to be fully prepaid prior to fulfilment. Once orders are fulfilled, we will dispatch the Products.

Our online inventory system is updated regularly. If you purchase an item that is no longer available, we will contact you as soon as possible to offer a refund or an acceptable substitute.
Unless otherwise specified, all prices displayed are for a single item or an each price.

We are not responsible for any typographical or computer errors. If an error occurs during the checkout or payment steps, we will contact you to resolve the problem or cancel the sale and refund any amounts paid.

We believe that we have aligned ourselves with excellent delivery partners, but there may be times when, despite their best efforts, parcels are delayed in the delivery process. We will always endeavor to work with our delivery partners to ensure prompt arrival of your products. It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. Should you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense. We will provide you with an estimated date for delivery of all parcels. While we make every effort to deliver by this time, all dates specified are estimates only. We have aligned ourselves with Australia Post who we believe will always do their best to deliver products by the estimated delivery date. Please note that if an item has been lost in transit, we will not dispatch a replacement item immediately. Replacement items will be dispatched according to our discretion. Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, we will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from a late delivery.
